an average stay with a few concerns
uncontrollable air conmissing snacks
the room was fine, i suppose. the air conditioning did not work properly. i found it difficult to regulate the temperature and stay comfortable. the fridge lacked any drinks or snacks, a disappointment when i paid extra for an upgrade.

The breakfast setup impressed ME. It had a GREAT selection. I needed extra pillows and the staff provided them quickly. The staff were courteous without being insincere, which I appreciate.
The receptionist who greeted us was fairly rude on arrival. The carpark had very LIMITED spaces. The bathroom was not up to standards. I saw pink body fat in the silver part of the shower door.

The room included both a bathtub and separate shower. The bathroom had Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. I found ample space in the closet for my belongings. I also appreciated the available in-room safe for valuables.
The elevators played overly melancholy music, which detracted SLIGHTLY from the overall atmosphere.

The hotel is near the tube station, roughly a short walk. This proximity made it easy to access different parts of the city using public transport. The surrounding area of Canary Wharf felt safe and offered pleasant views.

The breakfast included a wide selection of continental items. I noticed cut meats, pastries, and different types of bread available. Hot selections included eggs and sausages and staff replenished items frequently.

I found the room spacious and clean. Breakfast offered many choices, including a kids' station with a waffle and donut wall (a mini one!). The staff was happy to help with directions. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the underground station.
The double bed seemed a little small for the large room, making it feel a bit empty.
